Applied for Globe at Home VDSL Plan 1599 Monday afternoon (April 18, 2022). It was installed Wednesday morning (April 20, 2022). This is modem-only plan, walang landline. There is a Globe agent/booth at our clubhouse. I assume many residents in our community are Globe internet and landline subscribers. Ang contact number ng lobby sa building namin is Globe landline. Ganitong modem "Skyworth" ang pinalit ng Sky sa modem namin na luma. We are having issues with the WiFi disconnecting everyday between 2am and 4am. Turning the modem off/on while waiting ~2 minutes in between, fixes it. But lately, it disconnects in the afternoon as well. The modem lights are okay, but it kicks us out. Araw-araw nalang. The replacement modem is free. Anyway, it takes a long while to set up the new modem kasi it's not just "plug and play." They coordinated with their home office over the phone, linked it via serial number, etc., and then, I signed their work order form. We made sure okay lahat before they left.
