Nagbago ang lasa ng Purefoods corned beef? Hindi na sya kasing sarap ng dati. Medyo matagal na namin napansin yung pagkakaiba. Kumintab ang hibla ng baka... parang plastic. Oks naman pag bagong luto at mainit pa, pero parang nag-iba na sya.

Ang "si" sa tapsilog ng Calle Tapsilog ay hindi sinangag. Sinaing lang daw. Ang beef tapa nila ay stewed sa marinade kaya malambot ang laman at saucy.
