chasing zalora philippines

high on the agenda is chasing zalora philippines to give me the store credit+voucher we agreed on last monday, may 28. i was one of the many buyers on the zalora website whose orders were lost when they moved warehouses last month. customer complaints flooded their facebook page then, but they have since deleted the angry comments from their wall.
choices
two weeks ago, they offered me two choices: they'll try to fulfill my paid order but that will take another two weeks or i can just cancel it. if i cancel, i can choose to get a refund or get store credit+voucher. i cancelled and agreed to the store credit+voucher because it seemed like they're back on their feet and i wanted to give them another shot.
waiting for recompense
an email reply on may 28 said that they'll send the store credit+voucher in 2-3 days; but i got a call on may 29, tuesday, that i'll get them in a week so i waited a week. a week has gone and still no recompense. i was getting anxious. i sent a follow-up text message on june 5, tuesday and an email on june 6, wednesday. it is now june 7, thursday and still no update. so i am writing this post to vent. now i feel like i want to scrap the store credit offer and demand a refund instead - but i'll hold out a little longer.
party party
my confidence in zalora philippines is low at the moment. they are hosting parties now so they seem to be on track. but maybe they can look back at the orders they failed to complete and failed to deliver from their moving-warehouses fiasco and sort all of them out.
i am waiting for the store credit+voucher, zalora philippines.
at the back of my mind, i believe that they'll come through. but what's not ok is that they seem to forget so i need to keep following it up again and again and again... {sigh}
**update june 9, saturday**
i emailed zalora philippines again, late in the evening of june 7, thursday. they replied in the afternoon of june 8, friday, with the store credit+voucher code. i was relieved. i will use it soon and fingers crossed, that order will be successfully completed. until then...

Gold ring size 6 for ref

A “pawnable” 0.69g 18k Saudi yellow gold ring (photo sent by the Shopee seller). My ring size is 6... in case I forget. Another buyer left a review that when they took it to Cebuana, they received an appraised value of P1,800 or ~50% of the retail price. Gold 18k market value is ~P3,400 per gram as of today (Sept. 11,2024). But for serious assets = gold bars are preferred over jewelry.  Actual ring I received ✨ Pretty small hearts design and stamped Au750 / 6. The diamond cuts make it sparkle. It looks very nice when worn.

  Chicken Nuggets (Purefoods Chicken Breast Nuggets) Yum with BBQ sause. Sliced mango yung nasa taas, masarap din, matamis. Homemade Baked Macaroni Ordered from a neighbor for noche buena. It has beef, mushrooms and bechamel sauce. Still yum. Second year in a row na since  2022 noche buena macaroni . Pork tocino and scrambled egg (Pampanga's Best Original Tocino) with suka, syempre. Dry yung eggs huhu. Sinangag sana yung rice pero bagong saing kasi. Dapat sa fried rice yung day-old na maalsa para buhaghag. Speaking of... tagalog ako pero yung term na "maalsa" sa bigas, recently ko lang naintindihan 😁
