This is our experience with 2GO Domestic Budget Box 50kg service -- the cheapest one we found, so far. Initial inquiry, call to customer service (+632) 877-99-222: The maximum total fee is 1K pesos for shipping box with personal items from Metro Manila to Visayas "Door to Pier." This is considered "Less than Container Load" or LCL cargo via sea freight . The ship leaves when the container is full, usually between 1 and 2 weeks, and the NCR to Visayas trip is just 1 or 2 days. Time between pickup and arrival at destination is typically 2 weeks max. 👉 The recipient and shipper will then get a text message with further instructions when the box is ready for pick up at their warehouse. Our Prep: - Bought our own box 20" square (purchased online ~PHP 200.00) and 2" clear packing tape. - Personal items only.
