Our Christmas lunch and dinner 2024... Clockwise: rellenong bangus, shrimp tempura, chicken estofado, maki rolls, lumpiang shanghai, more tempura. In the middle: sliced lechon belly and fried rice. My contribution: I brought plenty of soda 🎅
Most were home-made. My niece made the maki rolls which she also sells in platters like that. My cousin cooked chicken estofado that is boiled in pineapple juice. My other cousin fried the tempura. The others... I don't know who cooked which dish.
I know the lechon belly was ordered from Multinational Village because we picked it up. It was supposed to be delivered but the seller couldn't book a rider. We got lost finding Noel Street or something and the house numbers were confusing, but the guards at the gates inside were helpful.
