Globe at Home no internet light

Third (3rd) day without Globe internet. Same issue as before: steady green lights except the "Internet" light is off (see pic). This started May 13, WED afternoon. GlobeOne app states no outage. Unplugging the modem does not fix the issue. Sigh, eto nanaman kami.

Called 211 with a Globe phone. I requested to cancel/terminate my plan since the lock-in period has already expired. The rep put me on hold for the "care" team. It did not go through so the rep created a ticket # for me and told me to wait for a call-back within 24 hours.
*May 20, 2026 TUE
No one got back to me. Called 211 with a Globe phone to follow up. Rep said my ticket # is open and in queue for a call-back. Okayyyyy.
