Fish soup salmon

Boiled salmon head with tomatoes, onion and radish.

We cooked "kinamatisan." I think they only used salt; the radish makes it refreshing; the tomatoes and onion make it sweet. Salmon head is (still) affordable here; the "panga" is meaty.
