This is the Aguila sliced ham ala country style. It is salty and thinly sliced, so it crisps up pag-fry... Yummy, parang bacon.
"Hamsilog" for brunch... I had this Aguila country ham cut into bite-size pieces before serving para madaling kainin. Mga 1 & 1/2 slices lang andito sa plato ko. They piled on the fried rice too, hindi ko naubos. Had half a lakatan too but kinain ko na before taking this picture. |
Tonight's dinner will be sarciadong ampalaya... pang-balance sa ganitong heavy brunch.
