Paymaya duplicate account 2018 [fixed]

fix paymaya duplicate accountHow to fix a Paymaya Duplicate Account issue? Do not waste your time sending an email to support@paymaya.com or messaging PaymayaCares on FB because you will only get a canned response (and a headache).
YOU NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING...
If you do not have a landline but you do have a Smart number, call *788 directly. This is free.

That's what I did. I spoke with a rep and she fixed it right away, mabilis lang.

She said the BSP (Bangko Sentral) is strict and will only allow 1 upgraded account per user. Any attempts to upgrade a different number will flag the new account and put you in this duplicate account mess and you won't be able to add money to this new number anymore. (The original account will not be affected though.)

Because they cannot cancel the submitted upgrade request on the new number (it doesn't work that way daw), I had to choose which number I want to keep-- If I choose to keep the old upgraded number, they will delete the duplicate account and I can't use that new number anymore. If I choose to keep the new number, they will delete the old account so I can upgrade the new account.

Ayun, naayos na din yung Paymaya account ko.
So if you have a Smart number, call Paymaya at *788 directly para tapos na (it's free pa).

Thank you sooo much for the info. Kundi dahil sayo mag-aantay ako sa wala forever (I emailed the support team- no reply). So pgkabasa ko nito, I called them immediately. And GOOD NEWS! After 4days, pwede ko na magamit yung new account ko. So thank you again. ��

i called them na pero it takes daw 4 business days pa para maayos. After 4 business days I called again kse ndi padn naayos. Tas ayun sbi another 4 business days nnmn ulit. Tsk. Di ko kse alam kung kaninong number yung naduplicate ko eh. Hayy nako..

Hindi pa ayos ang Paymaya app ko since may duplicate account daw ako pero I forgot what number did I use to make the old paymaya account. But I really prefer this idea instead of sending emails because it will take a lot of time before you got the answer. I hope my paymaya will be okay soon :) Thanks for the one who made and share this idea. Love love ��

Pa help naman po. Hindi ko po kasi maopen paymaya ko 1month na po siguro. Nakalimutan ko po kasi password nagtry ako iforgot password. Wala pa rin po hindi ko pa din maopen. Resend na daw sa email ko wala nman po kasi nag memessage sa email ko.

Duplicate account daw ako e, gumawa Kasi akong bagong account and I'll tried to upgrade it pero hindi pa naveverified until now, so I decided na iupgrade din yung dati Kong account pero ang sinabi duplicate account daw.. triny ko tawagan ang *788 pero IBA IBA naman sinasabi dinidiscuss Lang kung paano magbuy load ganon

Hi, I tried calling them using that code *788 pero sa tuwing sinasagot na nila, puro automated calls narereceive ko. Wala pa rin akong nakakausap na representative nila to solve this issue. I'm getting frustrated calling them several times already.

Hello! Tungkol sa walang makausap na rep... Sinubukan ko just now ang *788. Sabi towards the end ng greeting, dial 0 to talk to a rep... I was put on hold but meron namang sumagot. So, keep trying lang. Nakakatulong talaga sila if you have issues or have questions about your Paymaya account :) Libre naman yun basta Smart# ang gamit :)

Nakausap ko na agent nad ongoing na yung deletion nung old account. Ilang days bago malaman na deleted na saka paano mag upgrade ng account ulit if may pending ka pang upgrade para dun sa account mo na bago?

Hi. Meron ba ditong natry na mapadelete yung old account pero hindi na matandaan kung anong old number yung ginamit sa account na yun? Inaaccomodate ba nila na madelete old acct pag ganun? I also had a duplicate account pero around 2015 or 2016 ko pa kasi ginamit yung 1st acct so wala na talaga ko matandaan sa details ng card na yun. :(

Anon... They will delete the old number para you can proceed to upgrade your new number; if all goes well, ok na siya after ~4 business days. In my case, vinerify nila ang identity ko and yes, tinanong din ang old number. Mahirap nga naman if di mo na matandaan ang old number... Call them directly and share with us kung anong resulta if you can, please. Mukhang madami din same case as you na nakalimutan ang lumang number nila. Ty!

nag try ako tumawag sakanila. nakakatorete kasi antayin yung emails at reply nila sa messenger. Tinanong nila lahat ng information regarding sa accounts. Number, Remaining Balance, Connected na cards. Kung hindi nyo man maalala yung number pwede nyo naman ipacheck yung number na naaalala nyo, ganun kasi ginawa ko e. Tapos ayun sabi ni 3-5 days daw.

Nakatulong talaga para maraise yung concern ko for my duplicate account problems. may problema lang akong regarding sa pagupgrade ng account secondary ids lang meron ako kasi expired na yung primary ko. Di pa maasikaso dahil sa covid. Mareresolve pa rin ba ang duplicate account kahit di paupgraded ang new account ko?

Hi! Yung akin naman tumawag ako sa cs nila then sabi okay na daw tinaggal na yung duplicate. Pero pag tingin ko sa account ko meron pa din noti???ilang araw ba bgo mawala yun?? Or matatanggal ba agad pagka concern mo sknila? Reply please thanks!!!

Thanks for this info. I tried one time and waiting for almost 30 minutes. Nakausap ko yung representative nila na delete yung luma qng Number. And trying to Upgrade my new account but still duplicated account. Wait ko nlng ang 3 days baka makakapag upgade na.

@Lyn try upgrading with the secondary ids. Pero kung need mo pa gamitin paymaya, wag muna kasi 4-5 business days pa processing. But if di naman urgent, mas mainam na iupgrade na asap :)
