zalora philippines delivery


i wrote about following up and then finally receiving the zalora philippines store credit + complimentary voucher here: chasing zalora philippines.

so i redeemed them June 13, Wednesday, midnight. {note: no confirmation email received}

i received an email from xend with my package's tracking number on June 13, Wednesday, late afternoon.

my zalora package was delivered June 15, Friday, early afternoon.

excellent.

this zalora philippines online order was completed successfully.

I purchased shoes at Zalora 2 days ago, I did not receive any tracking number. I only have the confirmation email. Is confirmation email with numbers at the subject different from tracking number? Thank you!

Hi Genevive. Yes, it's different. Last October, I ordered from Zalora again and wondered why they haven't sent my tracking info -- until a Zalora messenger (not 3rd-party courier) delivered my package directly.

Hello Jillian. Follow it up -- call them, email them. Give them your order number so they can look it up in their system.

Golden Powerchair Charging/Chargers

Always have a spare charger for your electric wheelchair just in case... like today. When we plugged in my powerchair, the light on the charger turned green when it should've turned red (for reference, green light = fully charged VS. red light = charging). The actual light has been dim and difficult to see for a while now. I started using this generic charger in January 2021 when the original charger stopped working. Anyway, we troubleshoot... Took the spare charger out, plugged it in and RED light! Yay *insert tears of joy* - oh there's an emoji pala  😂. The light is nice and bright. So if the light becomes dim, it is a sign that the charger needs to be replaced soon. Now that I think about it, I noticed that sign with the original charger too. Since the spare is now the primary, I will get a new spare charger (again).  the original charger the generic charger replacement
