party pork and beans

party pork and beans

here's one of the easiest pork dishes that i know! it's stewed thick; delicious! so good when spooned over rice. i did not make the one in the photo but if i were to make one, the recipe would not be too far off. what i'd do is saute chopped garlic, add the cut-up pork, add water and boil until the pork's almost tender, add a can of pork and beans and cut-up potatoes, then let it all boil until it's thick and cooked. i'd smash some beans on the side of the pot with the cooking spoon while it's boiling too so it'll be thick and savory. soooooo easy, sooooo delicious.
