mild sardinas

days are short and nights are long.
so, sardines, my go-to ulam when nobody wants to cook. eating it straight out of the can is fine but it's better heated with quartered shallot and tomato. don't de-seed the tomato though, that's key to a milder and less metallic canned sardinas.
