Here's some grilled fish (poorly scraped from its burnt skin - that meat just won't come off) and
bihon guisado. Not my typical brunch but I've been told that we have more fish in the freezer than normal so we have to cook them or else they'll start to go bad. Looks like fish-only dishes will continue in this house even after holy week -- not really looking forward to fish, fish, and more fish.
