Day #1 - Bring your ID, vaxx card, and ballpen to the designated site in your area.
Ours is Ospital ng Paranaque District II (OSPAR2) along Dona Soledad Avenue.
We arrived before 3pm. The place was almost empty except for city staff and hospital staff.
• We presented our valid ID, vaccination card, and proceeded to fill out the consent form.• They took our vitals (BP, oxygen %, temperature).
• Interview.
• Injection. Pfizer brand.
• Observation ~20 minutes.
• We're cleared to go. Staff informed us about what to expect re: side effects, immune response, to take Paracetamol in case of fever, and go to the ER if it gets worse (nyak).
... Two hours later, I started to get a runny nose (which did not last very long) and felt something like "brain fog."
Day #2
• Fever and muscle weakness. Temperature was 38.8C.
• Took 1 Paracetamol after brunch.
• Fever went down okay.
• Feeling tired, fatigued.
• Cannot work like this.
• Started coughing almost non-stop with watery, foamy phlegm.
• Went to bed very early. Laid down on my injection site and it hurt like h***.
Day #3
• Woke up early. Hungry. No more fever.
• Injection site very tender and sore.
• Feeling better than yesterday but still coughing with foamy phlegm.
• Taste is a little metallic, but not quite.
• Got a lot of work done today.
• Only complaints are persistent cough and pain at injection site.
Day #4
• Almost back to normal... or so I thought!
• Lost my sense of taste, partially.
... I could taste the salty and sweet but all lacking or muted. Very weird.
• Injection site is still tender/sore.
Day #5
• Injection site still bothers me, but it's much better than yesterday.
• My sense of taste is almost normal.
Day #6
• Apart from the discomfort @ injection site, I think I'm good.
