Nawawala nanaman ang internet connection ng Sky Cable dito... Kailangan pa i-off/on ang power sa modem para bumalik sya.
Nasa labas pa naman ang modem kaya pinapasuyo ko pa huhu. Ang hirap kasi di ko ma-deretso mga ginagawa ko. Hay naku...
Siguro i-report ko nalang itong intermittent connection if bukas ganito padin kasi wala naman ang Paranaque dito sa SKY Service Advisories. Sana madami mag-report para ayusin nila to.
Mahaba pa yang listahan nila ng affected areas this afternoon, kalahati lang yan sa screenshot. Sigh.
P.S. I reported the issue via the "Message Us" link na yan ^. Madami lang yung sasagutin sa auto-reply nila to troubleshoot pero pag di naman na-resolve, it will send you to chat with a human being. After ko makausap ang rep, tho di ko alam ang ginawa nya, naayos nadin. *thumbs up*
UPDATE Feb. 5, 2022: Nawawala nanaman ang connection namin this afternoon, hay naku. Temporary fix lang ang pag-off/on ng modem so I reported it via the chat box sa website ng Sky again. Meron ulit ginawa ang rep at ok na ulit, so far. I took a screenshot ng chat namin here:
Buti naglagay sila ng chat box so it's easier to contact them directly na. Whenever I used it, I didn't wait too long to chat with a rep which is great. I used twitter @SkyServes before to send them private messages, but stopped na kasi nakaka-toxic to see all the complaints on their wall.
OK naman ang internet ng Sky pero pag dumadalas na merong issue, nakakainis syempre. Meron din akong back-up na prepaid wifi na Smart kasi palpak ang Globe signal dito samin, and Smart has better internet deals like their Magic Data that does not expire, just buy again pag malapit na maubos ang data. Pero dapat ata meron ding back-up ang back-up, just in case haha.
