Bpi enroll 3rd party account 2018

Bpi's email instructions say to mail the signed enrollment form to BPI Fulfillment Banking, 9/F BPI Card Center, 8753 Paseo de Roxas...

That address worked last year.

But this year, di na. The courier I used said that delivery failed because the "consignee moved."
I tweeted @TalktoBPI and they gave me the updated mailing address:

Lovely weather now. It's cold - not too cold that I have to bundle up - it's nice. It's windy outside too. Mosquitoes in my room are not afraid. Paymaya duplicate account 2018 [fixed]

How to fix a Paymaya Duplicate Account issue? Do not waste your time sending an email to support@paymaya.com or messaging PaymayaCares on FB because you will only get a canned response (and a headache). YOU NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING... If you do not have a landline but you do have a Smart number, call *788 directly. This is free. That's what I did. I spoke with a rep and she fixed it right away, mabilis lang. She said the BSP (Bangko Sentral) is strict and will only allow 1 upgraded account per user. Any attempts to upgrade a different number will flag the new account and put you in this duplicate account mess and you won't be able to add money to this new number anymore. (The original account will not be affected though.)
