new eyeglasses...hmm

yesterday
we returned the bad specs yesterday. after a little chat, they took the glasses away. they came back and confirmed that the left lens was cloudy. they will scold complain to the lens-maker and fix it. they asked if the right lens was ok. i said i couldn't tell. after a short while, the optometrist took out the metal frame with lenses {corrective/diagnostic tool?} and put it on me. i said the correction was good, just like last time. doctor said this was the same prescription as my new glasses {so i think she meant that the right lens should be ok}. they said i didn't need to go back there and someone else can pick up the fixed specs. it should be done by tomorrow, they said. they will call me, they said. ok, i said. thank you, we said.
today
got the call this afternoon. asked someone to get it for me. i put it on... hmmm. might need to get used to it pa.

  Chicken Nuggets (Purefoods Chicken Breast Nuggets) Yum with BBQ sause. Sliced mango yung nasa taas, masarap din, matamis. Homemade Baked Macaroni Ordered from a neighbor for noche buena. It has beef, mushrooms and bechamel sauce. Still yum. Second year in a row na since  2022 noche buena macaroni . Pork tocino and scrambled egg (Pampanga's Best Original Tocino) with suka, syempre. Dry yung eggs huhu. Sinangag sana yung rice pero bagong saing kasi. Dapat sa fried rice yung day-old na maalsa para buhaghag. Speaking of... tagalog ako pero yung term na "maalsa" sa bigas, recently ko lang naintindihan 😁
