new mymusicstore philippines

*UPDATE* Bought a song on mymusicstore on 1st Feb 2012. It was easy peasy and a-OK.

mymusicstore.com.ph went live a couple of days ago. it's still in "beta." i have not tried it yet. their database of local and international artists looks good, lots of choices. again - i have not tried it yet - just want to make that clear. i think i'll wait for a FAQ page, more info; a lot of questions need clearing up {i don't see these mentioned in their "terms" as of today}:
  • are these mp3 files? {nakasulat sa terms kanina, "most" are drm-free, sana specify nila}
  • how big is a file; bitrate?
  • how many times can i download my purchase? {what if the connection drops while downloading, diba? it will be disappointing to have to buy again if something goes wrong.}
  • payment methods? {press releases mention paypal, CC and smart money - they should make this clear on their official page, no? kasi when i checked kanina, di agad kita. actually, parang wala ata akong nakita.}
high hopes
i have high hopes for mymusicstore{dotcomdotph}. sana they're "it" for a legit music download store sa philippines na stable, secure with ok prices that's easy to use; OR ELSE they'll suffer the same fate as the terrible and now-dead {thank goodness} fliptunes{dotnet} from a few years ago - that i wrote an about in early 2009 and early 2010.
longer preview
sana they'll make their previews longer. each song i previewed kanina, it felt like it stopped 5 seconds in. you can't really make a decision whether you like a song and want to buy it if the preview's that short. they don't mean for us to have to leave their page and go to another website just to check a song out, no? we're already there, mymusicstore {dotcomdotph}, don't give us a reason to leave and have to switch tabs/windows.
sana positive
if and when i use mymusicstore {dotcomdotph} and write about it, sana it will be a positive post. so far, their design looks nice which is a step in the right direction. like i said, i have high hopes. please, please, please lang... don't be another fliptunes!

Gold ring size 6 for ref

A “pawnable” 0.69g 18k Saudi yellow gold ring (photo sent by the Shopee seller). My ring size is 6... in case I forget. Another buyer left a review that when they took it to Cebuana, they received an appraised value of P1,800 or ~50% of the retail price. Gold 18k market value is ~P3,400 per gram as of today (Sept. 11,2024). But for serious assets = gold bars are preferred over jewelry.  Actual ring I received ✨ Pretty small hearts design and stamped Au750 / 6. The diamond cuts make it sparkle. It looks very nice when worn.

December in food pics 2023

  Chicken Nuggets (Purefoods Chicken Breast Nuggets) Yum with BBQ sause. Sliced mango yung nasa taas, masarap din, matamis. Homemade Baked Macaroni Ordered from a neighbor for noche buena. It has beef, mushrooms and bechamel sauce. Still yum. Second year in a row na since  2022 noche buena macaroni . Pork tocino and scrambled egg (Pampanga's Best Original Tocino) with suka, syempre. Dry yung eggs huhu. Sinangag sana yung rice pero bagong saing kasi. Dapat sa fried rice yung day-old na maalsa para buhaghag. Speaking of... tagalog ako pero yung term na "maalsa" sa bigas, recently ko lang naintindihan 😁

Panda Express Everyday Bowl PH

Panda Express Everyday Bowl Delivery via Food Panda Panda Express PH:  "Everyday Bowl" 1 Entrée + 1 Side Orange Chicken + Fried Rice =  ₱  239.00  + rider's tip - discount voucher  Panda Express' orange chicken is already full of salty, sweet flavor so this many pieces is good for two if the other person is not very hungry. Bought their "Everyday Bowl" just to try since I was craving fried rice. Usually, I get the "classic plate" with 2 entrees + 1 side of mixed veggies.
