a quick update about my ongoing thing with this online store that i talked about last time:
- i didn't receive a reply to the last question i sent thursday last week, and
- it's been 3 business days (Feb 18th Fri, 21st Mon, 22nd Tue) and this online order is still pending/awaiting approval.
that's the longest time that an online store hasn't communicated with their potential customer (a.k.a. me), as far as i can remember that is. at this point, i would suggest that they get someone that's dedicated exclusively to their online presence since obviously, no one's manning their website.
i sent a "follow my order up please" message through their web form tonight and hopefully, that would speed things up. if they don't reply by tomorrow, that will be 4 business days of lull.
