APRIL 23, 2026, THU: Napundi yung 2 bulbs ng Electrolux range hood today - it's the second time since we moved in. The first time was in 2021; back then, we replaced the original bulbs with Omni brand E14 screw candle 10w 'warm white' which were marketed as refrigerator bulbs which turned out to be too dim for the range hood but we made do for years... I remember the orig candle bulbs were yellow or warm white too but bigger in size and with a higher wattage; maybe the max allowed (40w each) for this specific Electrolux range hood model; those were really bright. APRIL 25, 2026 SAT: These are the 2 new bulbs I bought: E14 that are "corn bulbs" LED 5w in 'daylight' (via shopee PHP65.00/bulb). Anyway, it says 5w sa online product description when I ordered these, however, the boxes were not marked specifically, and I didn't check if it says so on the bulb itself. But LED white light na so, it should be okay.  Since the new bulbs arrived today, we instal...

Spam Chicken Single from Puregold (via shopee) PHP 68.00  Spam Chicken Single - Masarap ba? Oo, masarap! Spam chicken is so much better than other Spams... It's not salty! You get the yum of Spam without the strong after-taste. 👍 I want to buy again but it's always sold out.

One of my preferred brands of corned beef (so far) ang Delimondo na ranch-style. Masarap ang ranch-style corned beef ng Delimondo. The smallest can is 175g for ₱110.00 (as of this post). What you see on the plate is medyo more than half of what's in the can daw - I couldn't finish this. So good for 2 na yung 1 small can, maybe 3 kung merong eggs. Delimondo is a local brand, made in the Philippines... owned by Enrile fam ba? This is my 2nd or 3rd favorite corned beef so far. My top #1? Yung Palm corned beef with juices from New Zealand which is mahal for me, so I only buy Palm occasionally.  *Delimondo ranch-style corned beef via shopee mall link (Puregold) .

A “pawnable” 0.69g 18k Saudi yellow gold ring (photo sent by the Shopee seller). My ring size is 6... in case I forget. Another buyer left a review that when they took it to Cebuana, they received an appraised value of P1,800 or ~50% of the retail price. Gold 18k market value is ~P3,400 per gram as of today (Sept. 11,2024). But for serious assets = gold bars are preferred over jewelry.  Actual ring I received ✨ Pretty small hearts design and stamped Au750 / 6. The diamond cuts make it sparkle. It looks very nice when worn. I bought it from this shopee store .

APRIL 2024 This shower handle valve became loose — they couldn't shut it off properly, water was dripping off the knob. Waah! Disaster waiting to happen.  Called admin to request an in-house plumber to check it. He arrived a few hours later, checked it for a while... The diagnosis is the parts inside were starting to crumble " nadudurog napo" and that we need to replace the whole set. There's no admin charge for this visit since no actual work was done (I wasn't asked to sign a service order). We tipped the man (of course)! He also showed us a photo of a replacement since I asked (baka mali pa mabili ko). He said to call admin again when the part is ready so they can install it. I ordered it online, so we waited a couple of days pa, ingat nalang sa shower until then ( Shopee ↗ ) the shower valve set that arrived The shower valve set that we received was different from the product photo online, but I suppose it's all standard inside (?) - I hope! I called ad...

I bought a bunch of Ottogi 3-minute ready-to-eat (RTE) food products: meatballs, burger, curry, chicken teriyaki. We've had the burger and meatballs so far... Masarap! Delicious! It's enough for 1 person. I did not heat the foil pouch in boiling water or empty the contents para i-microwave per instructions. Ang ginawa ko is I poured the contents sa small saucepan and let it boil over low heat. NOTE: I also added some water kasi thick at konti lang sauce nya… Pakuluin lang ng konti, yum! Madami nadin yung mini meatballs, maybe 1 dozen? It tastes homemade ala sweet n' sour. Yum 👍 Ottogi is a Korean brand. I want to try their other products because they make delicious RTE food. I bought Ottogi 3-Minute Meatballs online sa Shopee .
