There's a room in this house where tv's don't last very long. It's a mystery (not really but it's nicer to say so). Tv's are banned there from now on.

Always have a spare charger for your electric wheelchair just in case... like today. When we plugged in my powerchair, the light on the charger turned green when it should've turned red (for reference, green light = fully charged VS. red light = charging). The actual light has been dim and difficult to see for a while now. I started using this generic charger in January 2021 when the original charger stopped working. Anyway, we troubleshoot... Took the spare charger out, plugged it in and RED light! Yay *insert tears of joy* - oh there's an emoji pala  ðŸ˜‚. The light is nice and bright. So if the light becomes dim, it is a sign that the charger needs to be replaced soon. Now that I think about it, I noticed that sign with the original charger too. Paymaya duplicate account 2018 [fixed]

How to fix a Paymaya Duplicate Account issue? Do not waste your time sending an email to support@paymaya.com or messaging PaymayaCares on FB because you will only get a canned response (and a headache). YOU NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING... If you do not have a landline but you do have a Smart number, call *788 directly. This is free. That's what I did. I spoke with a rep and she fixed it right away, mabilis lang. She said the BSP (Bangko Sentral) is strict and will only allow 1 upgraded account per user. Any attempts to upgrade a different number will flag the new account and put you in this duplicate account mess and you won't be able to add money to this new number anymore. (The original account will not be affected though.) Because they cannot cancel the submitted upgrade request on the new number (it doesn't work that way daw), I had to choose which number I want to keep-- If I choose to keep the old upgraded number, they will delete the duplicate account and I ...

34C, maynilad, condo water drama

  April 16, 2025 It's that time of the year... Ang iniiiitttt na ng 34 C (feels like 37 C)!!! The heat at 6AM wakes us up. Noon time is somehow bearable because of the black-out blinds, but we have to turn on the A/C at 3PM already or our tech will be affected (esp. the laptop and electric wheelchair!) or worse, we suffer heat stroke.  Maynilad's annual "repairs and maintenance" around Holy Week doesn't help since they provide our condo's water supply. Speaking of which - our condo admin shut off water for many days citing Maynilad repairs from April 6-17 . They announced a water interruption schedule on the 8th (as they should though very late) to allow the community cistern to get full, but they neither followed their stated hours nor gave any more updates or explanations interim - it was awful since the areas around us had steady supply already by the 11th/12th albeit low pressure.
