Unionbank to paymaya delay

It happened again... Waah.
Unionbank to Paymaya funding delay (via online bills payment): sent the money last Friday, early afternoon, pero wala padin ngayon, Monday na.
Usually, the payments are credited within two hours, but sometimes ganito... Delayed. Kailangan pang i-report sa Paymaya Support.

*Update: The money showed up in my account na after a week, as a credit adjustment. Buti naman.

I have the same issue. Sabi naman wala daw na-credit sa account pero debited na sa Unionbank account ko. :(

Ang tagal bago mag reflect sa Paymaya ng money from Unionbank transfer.
When I use BPI, instantly credited though. ang hassle kaso I prefer the UB app interface talaga.

I prefer the Unionbank app too, maganda nga ang interface nila. I also like na free padin ang transfers to other banks via Instapay and Pesopay sa Unionbank, unlike sa other banks na binalik na nila ang transfer fees. I made a transfer from Unionbank to Paymaya yesterday via Instapay and it went through okay within minutes. If no one else experiences delays na, Unionbank is actually pretty good for online banking.

It happened to me. Nag transfer ako ng Sunday ng 11:11 pm ng gabi but it's still not on my PAYMAYA account what should I do?

@ Unknown -- Hopefully, pumasok na by now. But if wala pa, ask the official Paymaya support and give them the UB# transaction/reference number. Yan ang ginagawa ko dati pag delayed na ng at least 2 business days.

Paymaya duplicate account 2018 [fixed]

How to fix a Paymaya Duplicate Account issue? Do not waste your time sending an email to support@paymaya.com or messaging PaymayaCares on FB because you will only get a canned response (and a headache). YOU NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING... If you do not have a landline but you do have a Smart number, call *788 directly. This is free. That's what I did. I spoke with a rep and she fixed it right away, mabilis lang. She said the BSP (Bangko Sentral) is strict and will only allow 1 upgraded account per user. Any attempts to upgrade a different number will flag the new account and put you in this duplicate account mess and you won't be able to add money to this new number anymore. (The original account will not be affected though.) Because they cannot cancel the submitted upgrade request on the new number (it doesn't work that way daw), I had to choose which number I want to keep-- If I choose to keep the old upgraded number, they will delete the duplicate account and I

Globe at Home: "Connected without internet" ================ 11/4/2023 Saturday ================ 12 Noon: We lost our wifi today. After troubleshooting* a few times -- still no "internet" light on the modem; it is off while all other lights are green. *Power off modem for 30 seconds and wait for it to boot up. ~2:45pm: I called Globe's customer service 211 . It's free to call with a Globe #. Automated recording for broadband services - give your customer account # and wait for a human to answer.
